At Strolls & Scampers, we believe that every dog deserves a happy and active life. We offer a professional and reliable dog walking service in Farnham, Wrecclesham, Rowledge, Bentley and Bucks Horn Oak areas. We will pick up your pet and transport them to our own 6 acre secure field where they can have fun with their dog friends. We then bring them back home happy and content. Our experienced and passionate team is dedicated to giving your furry friend the exercise, socialization, and love they need.

We also work with Merrist Wood College offering animal care students work experience opportunities.

Meet the team

Kandy King

Hi I am Kandy. I am a local Farnham resident and was born and bred in Farnham. I know all the best places to walk dogs having grown up in the area. My passion for animals and walking is my inspiration for creating Strolls and Scampers. I have lots of experience with dogs, cats, rabbits and other small breeds having been brought up with animals. I currently live with two dogs, six cats and one rabbit and love them all very much. My partner in crime is Rachel Banks who also runs Strolls & Scampers with me.

Our Ethos

Both myself and Kandy believe that having happy pets is a vital part of animal ownership. We strife to give the pets which are in our care the best customer service experience by treating them with kindness and the utmost respect, keeping their environment safe, making sure they have fun and enriching walks which keep them stimulated,

We slowly introduce dogs to each other so that your pet will feel confident on a group walks and try to match dogs energy levels.

We ensure that your pet is well cared for whilst they are in our care as we will treat your pet as if they were one of our own. We will also provide you with regular updates through WhatsApp/Messenger apps and share videos of our walks/visits.

Rachel Banks

Hi I am Rachel. I am also a resident of Farnham but grew up in Fleet, Hampshire. Like Kandy I also have a fantastic local knowledge of the area and know some great walking areas. My passion for animals started from birth having lived on a farm in Africa. I have grown up with dogs and loved each one of them. Like Kandy my inspiration for creating Strolls & Scampers is my love of dogs, walking and nature. . I love sharing my life with my cats, rabbits and dogs.

Our 6-acre secure dog walking field offers a peaceful, spacious environment where dogs can run, explore, and play safely off-lead. Surrounded by secure fencing, it provides complete peace of mind for owners, allowing their pets the freedom to exercise without worry. The expansive area is perfect for dogs of all sizes and energy levels, whether they enjoy a gentle stroll, energetic sprints, or interactive games. With plenty of open space and a natural setting, it creates an ideal escape from busy parks, giving dogs a calm, private place to enjoy the outdoors while strengthening their bond with other dogs.

We always try to assess the dogs to make sure they go into the right groups for their ability.

We also offer work Experience for young adults.

Have you had to stay late at work,or perhaps your dog is recovering from and op? Strolls & Scampers offer a drop in service. We will let your pet out,feed them if required or administer any medication.Maybe they just need a cuddle,well.....that's our favourite drop in.

Our puppy / drop in visits are designed to give your little ones comfort breaks, playtime, and stimulation while you're away. We can also work on basic training and socialization.

We also offer cat or small animal visits when your away. We will feed, play, change litter, administer medication and offer lots of cuddle’s to your furry friends.

Home visits

We never take a dog out when it's too hot as we will make walks earlier in day or offer visits depending on how hot it is on the day. We also have paddling Pools And water access at our field at all times.
